Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution Platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You can find my email address at the top of the imprint. I am not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings with a consumer dispute resolution service.

Liability for content

As a service provider, I am responsible for my content on these pages according to § 7 (1) TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG I am not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the time of becoming aware of a particular law infringement. As soon as I become aware of any such infringements, I will remove the content in question immediately.
